CANCELLATION POLICY

1. How to confirm and pay a reservation

To confirm your reservation, we require payment to be made at least one week before the start of your rental/tour period. If we do not receive payment by the due date, we will unfortunately have to cancel your reservation.

Once the payment is received, we will send you a confirmation email along with the receipt.

2.How to cancel a reservation (Cancellation Policy)

Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days, during the business hours, prior to the date of rental/tour at no charge. Cancellations made from the 6th before the date of rental/tour onward will be subject to a cancellation fee as shown in the table below.

Cancellation made on the day before due to bad weather forecast (*) at no charge and the rental/tour fees will be refunded.

Bad weather means typhoons, strong winds (over 30km/h) and/or storms. It is also possible to cancel in the event of natural disasters such as earthquakes, tsunami, fire or floods. If the Japanese Metereological Agency predicts rainfall of more than 60%, it is possible to cancel the rental/tour with a 50% charge on fees.
